Orders & Shipping





To order products you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you are promising that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.

The website allows you to check your order and correct any errors before sending it. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process as you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate (for example, the correct products, quantities, etc.).

These orders&shipping policies and procedures apply to everyone who makes a purchase on Mills-Parasols.com, despite the country from which the website was accessed or the destination address.



Placing an order

Your order is processed once the payment is completed. After placing an order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement with a summary of your purchase.  Another e-mail will be sent once the shipping process begins with a tracking number for you to track your orders' shipping status. Copy and paste the tracking number in the tracking bar/section available in several spots in our website, such as at the top of this page, in the FAQ page under "Orders&Shipping FAQs", at the bottom of Help page or on our courier's official website www.tnt.com . Remember this tracking number may take some time to be activated.

In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

If the order arrives at the destination and no one is present to receive the package, our courier, TNT, has 3 attempts to contact you to arrange the delivery. After the third try, if unsuccessful, the product is automatically returned. You may request a refund for that order within 1 month from the day it was dispatched back to the origin, however the refund amount will be deducted of all shipping costs and custom fees associated with the return shipment. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds section for more information.


Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order up to the moment the shipping process begins. Afterwards you cannot cancel your order but you may return it and get a refund. You can contact our Customer Service team or through Facebook for any inquiries.





Shipping information

All items are shipped directly from us. Shipping times will vary according to the shipping option and the country of destination. Mills Parasols cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.

We ship worldwide within each country's working hours. Shipping is calculated at the checkout.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Shipments are processed by Mills-Parasols.com through TNT. From time to time we offer promotional shipping rates. For details on these rates, please refer to the promotional banners and newsletters.


Duties & Taxes


If you are ordering from within our own customs zone (EU), import duties will not be applicable.


You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.


Shipping to Russia

Important information for costumers in Russia

Please note: Customs authorities in Russia have tightened restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

Returns info for costumers in Russia

If your return shipment is valued > €1000:

Returns of any goods valued at more than €1000 will require a fee of US$65 to be paid to Russian customs.


Shipping to China

Please note: In January 2011 regulations for importing goods into China changed. All importers and exporters in China are now required to register with customs authorities for a customs registration number.


Shipping to USA

For imports from Europe please be aware that US Customs may ask for your IRS, EIN or SSN number before enabling delivery to your address. You will have one week to provide this information.
