HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE ON Mills-Parasols.com?

Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions.

You have to create an account with us to be able to order our products. Select the products you wish to purchase, add to your cart, and when you're finished shopping proceed to payment.

If you wish to request a personalised parasol design, check our Create Your Own Shadow page, where you'll find all the necessary information and steps. Please read the  "Create Your Own Shadow" section in our Terms and Conditions regarding our ethics policy in this particular product.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES Mills-Parasols.com ACCEPT?

Mills-parasols.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron and PayPal. Some cards may require authorization from the issuing bank.

 

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT Mills-parasols.com?

We take security very seriously and our payment process uses the most advanced coding methods.

 

WHICH CURRENCY CAN I BUY IN?

We use Euro as our currency reference. However we are working towards setting the currency automatically according to your location. Please note that $ will always refers to USD.

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH ITEMS ARE IN STOCK?

There can be an "out of stock" notification next to the product, and that means the product is currently unavailable. If there isn't any "out of stock" notification it means you can purchase the products, even if they are not in stock in our premises - we will arrange for its production and once it's ready we will send it to you!

Bear in mind that putting an item in your shopping basket does not reserve it for you.

 

CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not provide a holding service.

 

WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE KEPT PRIVATE?

Orders & Shipping FAQs

 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This may not mean that your order has been accepted. We may verify your credit card and address details and accept the order only if there is no suspicion of fraud or error.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Mills-Parasols.com accepts cancellations, up to the moment the shipping process begins. After that you cannot cancel your order but you may return it and ask for a refund. Check our Returns&Refunds FAQs bellow or our Returns & Refunds page.

 

WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR TAXES PAYABLE ON MY PURCHASE?

Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority.

 

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number in a shipping confirmation e-mail. Copy that tracking number and use one of our several Tracking Bars available in our website to track your delivery, such as at the bottom of Help page, at the top of Orders&Shipping page, on TNT's official website www.tnt.com or alternatively right here below:

 

 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship worldwide. Please note customs authorities in some countries have tightened restrictions on import shipments, which can lead to delays in delivery.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your address anytime in between orders. However, it is not possible to change your shipping address for a dispatched order, so double check if it is the correct one before each purchase.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It may take up to 2 working days to dispatch your order from our premises, and shipping time can take up to 1 week, depending on the destination country.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

At this moment we do not deliver to PO Boxes due to courier restrictions.

 

Returns & Refunds FAQs

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can return an item if it complies with our returns policy, so please read our Returns & Refunds carefully before returning any item.

Bear in mind we do not refund personalised parasols ordered under the "Create Your Own Shadow" service.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

In our Returns & Refunds section, under "Returns Pick-up", there are the necessary steps and actions to return an item.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned item according to our Returns Policy.

 

I RETURNED AN ITEM. HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by credit to spend on any product or service in our online store. The amount of the refund is the amount paid for the product deducted by the return shipping cost and any customs fees that were applied. Bear in mind the return shipping cost may not necessarily be the same as the delivery shipping cost. Free shipping returns are only for situations of genuine fault from Mills-Parasols, e.g. wrong items sent or manufacturing fault.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order up to the moment the shipping process begins. Afterwards you cannot cancel your order but you may return it and get a refund.

 

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

If you cancel your order before the shipping process begins, we will refund you through your original payment method or simply cancel the transaction, depending on whether the payment has been already deducted from your account or not. If you cancel your order before the payment is processed, we simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't use it for a short period. We aim to process refunds and cancellations as swiftly as possible, and will keep you up to date by e-mail. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Contact your bank or payment provider for more information.
